Avery pursued a career in massage after over a decade in the medical field, and especially enjoyed her time working at a community based clinic. She studied massage therapy at Northeastern Institute of Whole Health, became a Reiki Master under the guidance of Dan Deloge, and completed Doula training with DONA international.
"I seek to help clients develop a better understanding their own mind-body connection, and assist with recovery from injuries, trauma, stress, and to soothe pain. In my down time I enjoy gardening, and hiking with my cat Maple."

Jamie has been a kung fu practioner for 30 years, he applies his knowledge of the athletic form to his massages. He completed his massage training at Seacoast Career Schools.
He specializes in deep tissue massages. Jamie offers same room couples massages in Chichester with Avery, and in home appointments for local clients. In his downtime he enjoys time with his family and teaches Kung Fu.
